1. Our commercial gesture of return

1.1. A possibility of return, even for personalized products

Although the statutory right of withdrawal (Article VI.47 of the French Economic Law Code) does not apply to personalized products like our spiritual t-shirts, we offer, as a gesture of goodwill, the possibility of returning your items to us within 14 days of the delivery date. It's our way of showing you that we care about your happiness!

1.2. Conditions for a return

For your return to be accepted, your t-shirt must meet these conditions:

• Be in new condition (unworn, unwashed).
• Be in its original packaging .
  If these criteria are met, we take care of the rest with a smile!

2. How to return your product?

2. Prepare your package : Make sure the product is in new condition and in its original packaging.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective (in which case, we'll take care of it!).

3. Refunds

3.1. How does it work?

Once your return is received, we'll send you a quick email to confirm that we've received everything. We'll then check that the product meets our return conditions. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed quickly and credited to your credit card or original payment method. You'll receive a notification as soon as this is complete!

3.2. What if the return is not accepted?

If the product doesn't meet our warranty conditions (for example, if it's been worn or washed), we'll contact you to find a solution. We always prefer to chat so you leave with a good vibe!

4. Exchanges

4.1. Need an exchange?

If you would like to exchange your custom t-shirt (for example, for a different size or design), please email us at contact@happyandshiny.com . We will guide you through the best possible exchange process. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange, unless we fail to do so.

5. An important clarification

This return option is a goodwill gesture on our part and does not constitute a legal right of withdrawal, as our t-shirts are personalized products. We do this to offer you the most stress-free experience possible, while respecting applicable regulations.
